Bad experience

Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any desire to help take care of new customers when they make a mistake. They added four samples to my order instead of the one that I selected and refused to credit me I will not return as a customer.

I made several orders and my experience…

I made several orders and my experience was great; the teas arrived well packaged and were all of excellent quality, in fact I gladly returned to order. Even the small sample tin are full and they last quite long. The teas of the various fandoms are nice and excellent gift ideas. The only downside is that, living in Italy, I have to incur significant shipping costs and customs taxes. However, for the quality and uniqueness of the teas, which I would not find elsewhere, it is worth it.

SUPERB!!

I’ve been using adagio tea for years. Quality is always fresh and excellent. Order is always correct. Tea ships super fast. Good rewards program and sales. Monthly “communitea” is a great way to taste and comment on the same teas at the same time with many other tea lovers. Adagio has outstanding staple teas and *highly* inventive blends. I am never bored and always buy more than I intended. Now, they also have spices, coffees, and tea making supplies. I don’t know how customer service is because I’ve never had a problem!!

I absolutely LOVE your teas… I got so many the first time that they lasted me forever, because I just could NOT make up my mind on just a few. lol. Your fabulous teas turned me from a coffee drinker to a tea drinker. No lie.

I love the teas offered on Adagio

I love the teas offered on Adagio! I like the fandom blends too. Orders sometimes take a little longer to get delivered but packaging is always top-notch.
