This service is a scam. I bought two tops that are made of poor-quality material. I have tried contacting the support team multiple times with no reply. They claim returns are allowed within 14 days, yet there’s no way to get a return label. Now that the 14-day period has passed, I’m stuck with these useless items. I regret not researching more, as this is indeed a scam.
My package was sent to an outdated address that was automatically filled in my order. I reached out to the service to change the address but was too late. The support team responded quickly and resent my order to the correct address at no extra cost. Incredible service and incredibly kind. I even offered to reorder and pay, but they replaced my order just for the shipping fee.
Firstly, thank you for my lovely pajamas. Ordering was straightforward and I received my purchase promptly. The fabric is soft and beautiful. They’re cute enough to wear as pajamas, but can also be styled as an outfit. Thank you so much for your assistance with my order. Happy Holidays!
