Have only been a client for a few weeks. Got the policy through a home a home purchase. Didn't get coverage for over a week while they waited for the check to arrive and be processed from the title company. But they stated my coverage started the day I closed on the house. I did like the fact that I was able to finally get the locks rekeyed and they will reimburse me up to $150. Waiting for the check to get here. Customer Service have all been very helpful.
