The worst warranty by far. If you have 5 years old AC they act that will fix it and wind up telling you we don’t cover it , go read the policy. They change policy every day. I’m not sure how this company still around. They protect themself by changing policy. Bad and rude customer service. There are so many better warranty, don’t settle for a cheap one you get what you pay for.
I had this company before and I cancelled them because no one answers the phone. When they want your money they are quick to pickup. When you have a questions no one pickups up. This is not service,this is a collection of consumers in their pocket and financials.
I was looking for a new company for my home that I could use my own technician since my old company would only use their techs. This company came through with everything I wanted and at a better price! I haven’t had an opportunity to use them yet but if everything goes like they said it will be a smart move on my part. Fingers crossed!!
