I hope readers of this review will recognize that sometimes individuals need to move on. I wanted to cancel my subscription and attempted to do so. They don’t provide an email address for cancellation requests, but there is a "Cancel" button in the account section. When I clicked it, it led to a page with options: "Can we help you with an issue? / No thank you, cancel" - I selected the second "cancel" option.
However, when I checked my subscription status, it still indicated "Active" as the renewal date approached. I went to the "Payment Method" section and removed my credit card information. Then, I contacted my bank to lock the virtual card used for the original subscription and eventually deleted that card entirely.
When the renewal period arrived, my bank notified me of a charge labeled "AffiliateWP - $749". It’s baffling because they don’t even offer a package at that price. To add insult to injury, their "refund policy" states:
"...If adequate notice is not received and your credit card is charged, you will not receive a refund. Renewals are non-refundable." There is no straightforward way to exit this situation, folks!!! I am at a loss for words...

This is the WORST customer support I’ve…

This is the WORST customer support I’ve experienced in more than 40 years in business. They are 100% stuck on either email support or an AI chat. Under no circumstances can you interact with someone live by phone or chat. I’ve had a problem that apparently their chat and their email personnel have misunderstood. It has not been answered in TWELVE emails and responses over DAYS. It appears to be a great program, but as with all programs, it’s only GREAT as long as there isn’t a problem. When there is a problem, support dictates which programs actually care about their clients and which are just interested in generating numbers.

GREAT But Too Much Spam

While the plugin is great, simple to use, it is also riddled with spam. I delete at least 30 sometimes upwards of 100 spam registrations a day. It takes some of the fun out of it for me. Not sure what they can do about that.
