I have a home warranty company who could not get to me for 6 days during the winter for a heating issue. I called Aire Serv and found a friendly voice on the line willing to help. Within 4 hours I had a tech knocking on my door ready , willing and able to diagnose my problems. Aaron was very friendly and professional and diagnosed the issues within an hour and I had an estimate knowing exactly my costs for the necessary repairs. It was such a good experience dealing locally with good caring people . Thumbs up.👍🏾
I had 2 bad customer service experience with this Aire Serve franchise this year. For 2 regular service checks, a part was needed (in the $35-$60 range each time). Each time, I was grossly overcharged. The first instance, I was refunded $150 by owner Chris who agreed that I was overcharged by his employee Aaron. The second instance I was charged $353 by office manager Melissa, including 2 service visit charges even though I only had 1 service visit. Again, owner Chris refunded me $99. Based on these dishonest experiences, I will never use Aire Serve again. This company is dishonest and purposely attempts to grossly overcharge customers.
I hired this company to replace my heating and air conditioning system, and the experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. After the installation, multiple leaks were discovered almost immediately, indicating very poor workmanship. Even more alarming was the improper connection to the chimney on the oil furnace, which created a serious carbon monoxide risk. If this had not been caught, it could have put my family’s lives in danger.Attempts to have these issues addressed have gone nowhere. The company does not return phone calls, fails to show up for scheduled appointments, and has shown no accountability for correcting their mistakes.Heating systems are not something you can afford to have installed incorrectly, and safety should be the top priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for HVAC work.
I had a service contract with with serve which was great however I sold my house and called them to cancel the contract since I no longer needed it they assured me that no fee would be charged in the future- however July 20 I was charged called against confirm cancellation - assured me yes they would take care of - same thing again in august then again in September and now October I have been billed - not sure what I must do to get this stopped and refund of money I should not have been charged
They came and it took quite awhile to diagnose the problem. He decided to order air switch which he did. After he came back and installed it it still didn't work. When he was checking the hose that connected to another part. A piece that look like calcium was sticking out where hose connected to pipe from the air switch. He pulled out the piece and connected the hose and then everything worked. So a new air switch wasn't needed and left the new one in.The charge 129.00 for service call and 257.00 for a total of386.00 with discount . I feel I was overcharged .especially where there was not a bad air switch but just a plugged tube. I wouldn't recommend this company.
November 2024: After more than a decade of using AireServ as my primary HVAC company, with multiple new installs, I am livid with how this company is now operating. Since the recent change in ownership at AireServ Over the Mountain, the quality and integrity of this company have collapsed. During a service call, in November, 2024, I was told every technician except one (Hoyt) has been with AireServ six months or less.In March of 2024 a technician serviced both units at my home but failed to seal the main level air exchanger properly. On November 8th, 2024, this error caused condensation, which led to a premature part failure. The technician admitted the mistake on-site. When the tech communicated this to the new owner, he refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever. The unit was under warranty, but I was charged $426.16 for labor, 20 minutes of work, because of their error. I told them then: they had just lost a customer of ten-plus years.August 28, 2025: Things have only gotten worse. Today, I received a call and text about a “maintenance appointment” that was never scheduled or authorized—followed by a $378 charge to my card. This kind of unauthorized billing never happened under previous ownership. This is a fraudulent charge.
