I reached out to Aire Serve through thumbtack at about 7pm as we were having an emergency situation with our furnace not heating up during one of the coldest nights of this winter season. Our house temperature was rapidly dropping. Their response was quick and they sent someone out immediately. I was apprehensive about letting someone in our home late in the evening for the repairs but the experience ended up being great. Chris Killinger was respectable and knowledgeable with diagnosing & repairing the issue. I recommend them for anyone with heating issues!
Ever since my new air conditioning unit was purchased and installed by a franchise owner of this company, I've had nothing but issues. It keeps backing up water in the drain line, although the line isn’t blocked or clogged in anyway. Paul the franchise owner says my original drain line isn't the proper angle and would require hundreds to thousands of dollars to fix. Interesting thing, my old unit had a P-trap installed on the drain line. The new unit DOESN'T have a P-trap installed on the drain line. AI, Google, YouTube, and other HVAC techs all say that without a P-trap, I'll experience the water backing up in the drain line. I sent Paul another text message with photos. He ignored my message. Actually, he's ignored numerous messages I've sent him over the last almost 7 months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Mr. Alton Thompson of AireServ Saratoga & Campbell, did a very good and friendly job as my key contact in discussing, selecting, configuring and documentation (for the rebate) follow up of my two zone Gree ductless mini split HVAC system. He kept me informed of the installation and issues encountered, and work arounds to accomplish our goals. The installation was completed in a professional and timely manner. Everything is working well.
Aireserve replaced total our heat pump and cooling system. They had a complex air and water flow old system to replace, a support system, and did a superb job of analyses, communication and responsiveness. Kudos to Dean and Sean of Aireserve, Lake Oswego OR
We had a new furnace installed. Everyone from this company was very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and explained everything. The prices were better than some of the other companies we’ve used in the past. Overall I would definitely recommend Air Serv to family and friends!
Warning. Installed RUUD central heat and air system May 2024. The board fried 9/28/24. This part has to be ordered to get it replaced. I was made to feel like it was my fault that it failed. The day after it was installed, I smelled gas around the unit. I bought C02 devices to check it and they were ok. That board was failing then. This costed over $14,000. Beware! The company does not call us with an estimate of time of repair. We have to call them daily. We hear nothing except that the part is lost in shipping. I am beyond disgusted and we are still making payments. I would welcome ideas. They came and fixed the installation problem yesterday. I wish someone had called to let us know while we waited. Hopefully the thing will last but I worry with inaccurate initial installation
Came to give estimate for AC condenser and inside AC coil were so high in price don't know how they stay in business maybe quote high pricing hoping customer accepts ridiculous estimate waste of my time more honest estimate are out there these guys are definitely not well goodluck to you.Try other companies and you will see how far off they are and you the customer can save a enormous amount seriously!!!
We found AIRE SERV through Angi. Matt and Zack cleaned the ducts in our home and treated for mold. They arrived at the time promised, surveyed the job and completed the work in about 3 hours. They left each room as they found it, performed the work efficiently and provided a report on the results. They are an engaging team and explained the work as they proceeded.
