Aire Serv Savannah is Company You Can Trust

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the Aire Serv Savannah team for making right an issue with my A/C unit. A day after an Aire Serv technician serviced my A/C unit, the condenser burned up even though the unit had not been in use for several months. The sent a technician over right away and determined that a lead had not attached correctly. The owner took immediate responsibility and provided me with a new unit. The installation technicians, Andrew and Hunter, were excellent- extremely polite and respectful but most importantly competent. This is the type of business everyone should use. I highly recommend them.

AVOID this company

AVOID this company! They are overpriced and unethical.During the hottest day of the month, my heat pump failed. I contacted Aire Serv of Huntsville, because I was pleased with the maintenance technicians who had worked at my small townhouse in the past.Using arguments that favored replacement rather than repair, Aire Serv personnel promoted potential $8,000.00 rebates that I could receive if I purchased a system meeting the requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act, passed by Congress a month before. After opting for the installation of a new system, I learned that the rebates touted by Aire Serv applied only to systems installed after January 1, 2023. So, I'm not sure why Aire Serv personnel brought up the rebates, given that they didn't apply to my purchase. Closing the deal quickly is what I suspect was Aire Serv's goal, taking advantage of my situation.Now, I'm stuck with what amounts to a monthly luxury car payment for two years, without the benefit of the substantial rebates promoted by Aire Serv. Had I known that the cost of the ridiculously high-priced heat pump system would not be offset by any new rebates or tax credits, I certainly would have thought twice about the purchase. Aire Serv never accepted any responsibility for their misinformation and unethical sales tactics, and refused my request for a 10%, fair and reasonable, refund. A lesson learned the hard way about Aire Serv of Huntsville.
