Complete fraud. They simply take your money and do nothing except send automated emails. I got my lost item back, yet they are still ‘searching’ for it. I've contacted my lawyer to take action against them, as they refuse to refund my money despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone or email.
I have to rate them a 1, but they truly deserve a negative rating. Absolute scam. It seems to be a system designed to send you friendly emails about their search efforts. There’s no way to file a complaint. I've sent them eight messages expressing my dissatisfaction and informing them that I retrieved the item through another source, yet I keep receiving their emails.
It's a scam, and unfortunately, I checked reviews after I made the payment. Avoid this service and report them. They start off by sending emails, but then you get ignored. After I checked the reviews and requested a refund, I was told they would keep a portion because the so-called agent began working, but a larger refund would be sent back to me. That never happened, and they ignored my follow-ups.
Yep - it got me too. Damn. You google the aiport + "lost and found" and this site comes to top. Looks legit. A lot of effort went into producing their website. Can't believe its still returning at top of Google search list - WOW. this is pure theft through and through. Don't believe? Try ascertaining who owns company. They aren't afiliated with any parent listing. Website should be taken down. OMG. this awful. They even place calls to make it believable after you engage. WOW! $400 gone with premium service at two airports (lost wallet - with layover so tried covering both)... AND WALLET WAS RETURNED by uber that same day. HAHA! omg. this sucks. at least I got my wallet back - but NOT BECAUSE OF THESE FOOLS...... fraudulent thieves. DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE SCAM!!!
PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR SERVICES! THEY DO NOT DELIVER!Once a Priorty Claim is paid for and if you cancel before 24 hours, per their company guidelines, you cannot get a refund and they ignore your calls, chats and any other mode of communication you attempt. I submitted 2 claims and cancelled both within 8 hours. I did receive one refund 5 days later and still for the other. Patience is a virtue working with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I consider myself pretty good about not falling for scams. I will admit this one got me. They have a very slick link which takes you to their website claiming that you can purchase upgraded service versus the free TSA lost and found service. Basically I got a bunch of AI generated messages for the first month and then nothing. Then for some crazy reason over two months later I get an email from airport recovery services that my item had been located and to click on a link for TSA. Their email also said to specifically not include them in the email to TSA which immediately sent up a red flag. Sure enough they don’t do anything except just take your money.
It's scam. Event my first payment attempt was marked as suspisious to Revolut. I believe, they don't have any agents, just computer program and they own database, to provide fake value.I will contact my bank for refund, all ppl, do the same. if they won't refund, your bank will return your money.
This isn't a real company. They don't respond to you other than if you pay money, they call you pretty quickly and let you know that 'they're starting to look for your item'. Then you get emails saying they're still looking for your item. When you message them via chat, you get ignored.Save your money
