Ajax has an amazing fluidity throughout its tech support. Unlike some other manufacturers that can be difficult to deal with when it comes to tech support, I have never had that experience with Ajax tech support, I believe it’s due to there own in house training and knowledge on there products.As a technician out in the field having that support of expertise makes all the difference to get the job over the line.Thank you to all.
