I have been a AJAX user since 2017 , not only is this a fantastic product ( close to 150 devices) but they offer a fantastic unparalleled after sales service…ExampleBecause of a router failure and replacement we were locked out of our AJAX hub due to a static IP address selection in the hub… Despite this lockout not being AJAX related and totally self inflicted the Technical support engineer on AJAX Telegram support platform guided us through the process to restore hub connectivity… I only approached AJAX on Sunday and your hub connectivity have ,through their guidance, been restored on the same day…World class product with world class support💪🏻👍🏻…

An upgrade from our older system, the Ajax was supplied and is maintained by a nearby Scottish business, CONTACT. The old system was good but the new Ajax alarm is so much better and user friendly,. The wireless system was fitted in a morning and is very adaptable to personalise it to your own requirements. The Ajax system can be controlled by the main Control Panel, or easily with the excellent app, available on both IOS and Android, which is great if you forget to set it when leaving home or need to switch it off remotely to allow access to a key holder. It is not susceptible to WiFi signal blocking; And devices such as extra sensors or cameras can be added to your system at a later date if required, by your supplier.I’d have no hesitation in recommending this product.
