Fantastic systems

As a new installer of Ajax alarms, I find them to be the best for both installer and end user, quick and easy to install, and also the outdoor devices are fantastic in that they alert you to any lowlife before they get to buildings

Great security system

Generally all devices/sensors/hub work as expected for a small household. It was very easy to install all the sensors. While installing sensors I had a feeling that the plastics were good quality and overall app and devices' quality is great.When using "Keypad Plus" together with "Tag" I have to physically touch the keypad with the tag which does not make it contactless. Furthermore, the tag needs to be in a certain angle against the keypad to trigger. I'm not sure if the above is a feature to avoid accidental triggers or conflicts between tags but I would expect that I do not have to touch the keypad with the tag and it would work in roughly 5cm range from keypad in no matter what angle/axis rotation is the tag.I would love to see in future some kind of simple API with a secure authentication to make custom (3rd party) alarm/notification triggers. I understand the core of the system must be encapsulated and intact and I do not wish to alter how it works, however I see the Ajax App notification system a great platform to connect to other 3rd party systems. In my case, my wood pallet boiler is quite smart and triggers alerts (which can be programmatically caught) if anything is wrong with it. It would be great to send Ajax App notifications if I'm out of pallets or even sound an alarm if something more serous has happened to it.Overall Ajax Systems create great products!

So far terrible experience

So far terrible experience, cant validate my account 2 days now, i do exactly everything described and yet it doesnt work, always wrong code information. When it says they will send a text message, they dont. When i have to put the last 3 digits of the number calling, it doesnt work. All my family members did it, but on my phone, it doesnt work. Now i restarted the phone, checked every setting to make sure nothing is blocking it, and yet nothing. I contacted their support and they told me to send an email and wait for a reply while on the verification tab, im still waiting for a reply on that email :D.Either fix it, or hell am i not gonna use you.
