Ajax Systems is a surprising company…

Ajax Systems is a surprising company for me, i discovered them by chance and immediately noticed a small business doing things well. Their devices are quality made. It work reliably and are pretty easy to setup but super advanced at the same time.Their support works great, they answer promptly, i requested to return an item because i noticed a high pitch sound, and they acknowledged that it is not normal and simply issued a RMA.I'm very happy with my alarm system.

Been a really good experience

Been a really good experience. The system works well, is very handy and certainly makes our home more secure! If the touchpad was a bit more sensitive and didn’t require a “wake” in order to disable it, I would give 5 stars!

Easy to install and setup.

Easy to install and setup.DoorProtect mounting design needs to be more robust, now it’s fitted with 2 screws but on the edge of the device. Will easily break off if it is hit by an object.

Problem with arming/disarming

It seems to work quite well, however i have a major concern regarding its ability to arm/disarm using the control or using the app. In at list two cases the alarm failed to disarm after i accidentally triggered the system. In more detail after the alarm went on i tried through the app to disarm it without any success. The same happened when i tried to disarm it using the control. My wife faced the same problem at least two more times, with the alarm failing to respond to the app. The alarm is connected to the net using an ethernet cable and i have also installed a sim car as backup acess
