Really easy to setup, install, and configure. I started with five devices, now my house looks like Fort Knox!Easy to add devices and specially it is the first system I know, that has a single sensor solution to a double running leaf window. Battery lasts a lifetime and the range is really good. I tried it over 80 mts and no problem what so ever!
The app does not update. It hangs and the user does not know what the current status of the alarm is. This is a time waster and a real problem when you are standing in the rain waiting for the app to update. This was not a problem before the recent update.
My experience of the Ajax Alarm system is ok, but there are some things that do not work well. You have to press a little hard on the control panel before it reacts, and when using pieces to cancel the alarm, it has to be very precise and sometimes the alarm will go off before you find the right place. It is not good enough (Not so good Control Panel). However, there are missing manuals in Danish and there were no user manuals, not even in English. it cannot be right that you have to go online to find manuals. When so many Ajax Alarms are sold in Denmark, it is simply too bad that you can't even download a Danish manual online.Dansk:Min oplevelse af Ajax Alarm system er ok, men der er nogle ting som ikke fungere godt. Der skal trykkes lidt hårdt på betjeningspanelet før den reagere, og når man bruger brikker til at annulere alarmen, skal den holdes meget presis og nogle gange når alarmen, at slå til inden man finder den rigtige sted (Ikke så god Betjeningspanel). Det er ikke godt nok. Envidere mangler der der manualer på Dansk og der var heller ingen brugermanualer med, ikk engang på engelsk. det kan ikke være rigtigt at man skal på nettet for at finde manualer. Når det bliver solgt så mange Ajax Alarmer i Danmark er det simpelthen for dårlige, at man ikke engang kan hente en dansk manual på nettet. Ok alarm, med med nogle ting som skulle laves om.
