I bought the Ajax Hub Plus system in Ukraine and moved it to Cyprus. I have been using for about 5 years. During this time, the system worked perfectly. But recently one of the two gsm-modules broke down. I contacted the company's support service, sent them the Hub, they fixed it in a week and did not charge for it, although the warranty had ended a long time ago. The support team responds quickly. Now everything is working great! Thanks for the great service and great system.
The Ajax Security System has a wide range of possibilities in sceurity and fire protection and alerting. With its modern technology gives us all what we need. Installation and configuration was very easy and special questions were solved in time via support.What we miss a little bit is a display on entrance were we can see the closed/open status of all doors so we can check integration while arm on pad before we close main entrace door.... but this is an special extra we dream from ;) it is all in all a very good system
