Poor quality fire alarm detectors

I had this intruder and fire alarm system installed September 2022. Since then 2 of the fire alarm detectors have been faulty causing considerable problems. I was away in South Africa when the second alarm detector failed and my phone was ringing non stop through the night and could not be silenced!! It seems the fire detectors are poor quality.

I emailed Homesecure twice to find out…

I emailed Homesecure twice to find out how to change the KM radius on the App of activating my alarm when I have left the house. No response.I also find the Fob symbols confusing with a semi-circle, full circle, C etc.
