I believe this is the best alarm system for homes that is on the market. I've worked as a security guard and used a number of different alarm systems. But for my house I chose ajax for a reason. The devices look good, work reliably and are easy to use. The app is easy to use and using the system doesn't require training like many other systems.
This is a very good system. Only reservation is that the key fobs are rather cheap and nasty - large, ugly, easily pressed in your pocket…. So think about that if you, like us, need to have fobs available. The on-line app is excellent though, and that’s our main usage.
The Ajax Systems Alarm is for alarms what Unifi is for networks, and Sonos is for streaming music.It's easy to setup, and easy to maintain. The only but I have is the door-sensors are way to big. I would love Ajax to make another model, or open up for zigbee devices that offer that functionality in a smaller footprint.
I was happy with the good service and the installation. The only problem that I had was that my I phone %s could not download the Ajax program. Once I had up graded my phone to the iPhone SE, I was able to download the program but not connect to and control the system. The installer was able to make changes remotely to enable my connection.
