Review Time
This is my second system i have self installed and connected to armed response, I get no false alarms, easy to program and setup, default settings are perfect for the home user, I wouldnt use anything else, over time i will convert my 23 Brick and Mortar locations to AJAX.
This could be a great system. However, there is not way to separate the alarm from the notification to properly manage the alarm notification or to delink the notification from the alarm sounds on the phone. When the hub goes off line the alarm sounds the same as when a motion is detected. With the multitude of power cuts that are experienced at my location, this means the alarm goes off constantly. It seems the only solution has been to completely turn of the notifications and the alarm on my phone. So now, I have no way to monitor or to be alerted if a motion is detected defeating the purpose.
Keeps disconnecting from internet and sending an alarm in the middle of the night to wake me up. Eventually managed to turn notification alarm off. The system is much too complicated for the user. It was set up by an electrician and I have no idea how to manage it (e.g. Change connection to a different router). A system I cannot manage myself is useless
