I purchased the Sotssas sopice grinder but the mechanism failed. I askd if I could putchase another one even though technically they should have send me one for free but they said they could not provide one. I find it unbelievable that the company sells a spare part for a tiny egg cup lid costing €20, yet refuses to provide a replacement mechanism for a pepper grinder worth over £100. The inconsistency is absurd.

Over the years I’ve purchased many of their products, often as gifts for special occasions, but this experience has left me very disappointed. It makes no sense that such an expensive item cannot be repaired or maintained with a spare part.

They asked me to ask the place where I bought it which is Selfridges in London. Selfridges is never going to stock the internal mechanism of one of their grinders. Customers deserve better support and consistency from a brand at this price point.

Disappointing Experience with Product Support

I bought a spice grinder, but the mechanism failed. I inquired about purchasing another one, even though they should have sent a replacement for free, but they declined. It's hard to believe the company sells a spare part for a small item costing €20, yet won’t provide a replacement mechanism for a pepper grinder worth over £100. This inconsistency is frustrating. I've bought many of their products as gifts over the years, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied. It doesn’t make sense that such an expensive item cannot be repaired or maintained. They directed me to the retailer where I bought it, but I doubt they will stock the internal mechanism. Customers deserve better support and reliability from a brand at this price point.

Exceptional Customer Support

Two plates in a set arrived damaged. While it's unfortunate, these things happen. I reached out through the online support form and within a day, the customer support team contacted me and ordered a replacement. The issue was resolved pleasantly and without any hassle. This experience was refreshingly smooth and quick, even during the busy Black Friday sales period. The other products I ordered are also wonderful, and with such excellent customer support, I would highly recommend considering a purchase from the company.

Remarkable After-Sales Support!

We purchased a green item during one of our first stays away from home at a young age, and after almost 32 years together, one went missing. Both of us were heartbroken. In a desperate attempt to replace it, we reached out to the company. They responded immediately and found a replacement! This was incredibly sentimental for us, and their effort was amazing. We can't thank them enough. I wish more companies would treat customers as individuals and go the extra mile. Truly happy and will always remain a loyal customer. Great products complemented by excellent service - absolutely remarkable!

Frustrating Experience with Faulty Products

Exceptional Service Experience!

I recently reached out to the company to find a replacement for a ceramic figure from a nativity collection that we accidentally broke. I received a reply within 24 hours, and a replacement figure was sent immediately at no cost. I am beyond impressed with the customer service and the fantastic outcome. Very happy customers!
