I used their VPS for 4 months, always paying on time. The day after my latest subscription payment, my account was suddenly blocked for a made-up reason, with no clear explanation provided. They kept the money for the paid month and completely cut off my access to the server.Support only gives template replies and refuses to help. It feels like customers are not valued here. My server has been down for almost 2 hours, and despite reaching out via live chat, the issue remains unresolved. The support agent mentioned they were "checking," but then the chat was disconnected without any update.I also submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t received any response yet.
They are scam artist. They suspended my vps and for dmca complain. But they advertise on social media they aKa ava.hosting ignore dmca, but in reality they does not. This ava.hosting AKA alexhost.com if fraudsters. Avoid. I complain paypal to take legal action.
It's so hilarious with the 1-star reviews. AlexHost is constantly defending themselves when they get caught red-handed. I just want to say one thing to everybody. Do not use AlexHost; they are the absolute worst. They will ban you for no reason whatsoever, and don't even use this host for anti-DMCA because they obviously don't ignore DMCA; your account will get terminated immediately. Overall, not a trustworthy host; don't bother wasting your precious time and money with this ridiculous host.
Some time ago, I bought a .cc domain from AlexHost for 56 euros per year. However, I found a cheaper option for 18 euros, so I wanted to transfer the domain to the new registrar just before the end of the billing period. I asked AlexHost for the transfer, but they didn't respond, so I decided to renew the domain with them for another 56 euros. After I made the payment, they magically transferred the domain to the new registrar. And what did AlexHost do? They didn't renew the domain—the new registrar did it, for which I had to pay an extra 18 euros. When I asked AlexHost for a refund, they said there was no such option, even though it was their fault, and they wouldn't return my money. But luckily, I paid via Revolut and filed a chargeback, explaining how AlexHost had cheated me. After a month, Revolut refunded me the 56 euros, recognizing that AlexHost was at fault for not fulfilling the transaction! So please, be careful and don't trust them one hundred percent.
