Review Time
I’ve just had an email to say my products have been delivered (after about 3 weeks waiting ) but they haven’t .absolutely no sign of them .I’ve emailed with no response yet .There are no order numbers etc for me to confirm . I will write a further review if things change Feeling really fed up , as these were important products .I have just read the reply it’s just rubbish They have emailed me to get intouch with my post office There is no tracking , nothing at the post office This is a scam company DO NOT USE
I placed my order on 14/10/25 nearly a month ago and car desiccant bags still not arrived. I have sent numerous emails and been told they are on way but still not been delivered. I did not realise they were shipped from China and would not of ordered if I had. Wish I had read reviews before ordering .
Ordered a magnifying screen for my phone and it NEVER ARRIVED! Despite receiving an email saying that it was delivered. Do not order from this app, THEY ARE A SCAM. Never reply to any emails. Don't just take my word for it, read the other reviews. Their reply is that it's been delivered to a neighbour. MORE LIES! They say this to make it look like I made a mistake. I have checked with all my neighbours and it simply isn't true. They won't tell me what address it was "apparently" delivered to, nor will they tell me which courier was "apparently" used by them. COMPLETE SCAM!
Placed order on 15/11/2025 and have not received package as yet 4/12/2025. Mailed customer support a while back got an automated response telling me nothing but gave me a tracking code which actually tracks f.all. Mailed again 2 days ago and as yet no reply from customer services. Not recommended.
I would give zero if I could but 2 cat toys Within seconds my cat was eating the parts it fell apart within minutes These chirping birds are definitely not pet safe Cheap and nasty and a choking hazard 17.98 I spent on these toys Right in the bin Disgusting products
I'm still waiting for the car moisture bags I ordered 3 weeks ago. According to tracking they're still in China. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known they weren't dispatched from the UK. I've emailed this company, but haven't had a response. Wish I'd seen all the 1 star reviews before I placed an order.Edit: My order finally arrived the day after I posted this review!However, I've used similar products previously, and these three car moisture bags were much smaller than I thought they were going to be. They're hardly fit for purpose. I've wasted £20 and won't be buying anything else from this company.
THIS COMPANY IS UNRATEABLE !!!!!Order the cat toy flying birds . Wouldn't give me an option to track and since have recieved email stating delivered . I've recieved nothing . !!!! Happy to take monet off people though . Is there no email to contact or phone number . As when I try to sign it it's not found . SCAM
The order arrived ok (Silicone Dessicated Bags)but the items didn’t work as advertised Tried to contact but surprise surprise the email contact doesn’t work and I can’t find any other means of contactHad a quick response to my review and the issue has now been resolved. Thanks
