Don't expect your order in a hurry - took 3 weeks from order to delivery and the communication in between was poor. Took days to get an answer from support and the second reply wasn't even in English.Need to improve customer communication and expectation to avoid future poor reviews
I see their advertising on Instagram and the moisture bags were the large size. I went for the 5 pack as worked out cheaper but today they have arrived and are even smaller than the ones on Temu!!! £23 for bags you can buy on Temu for a £1!! Don’t buy from them it is a scam
Again like everyone who has ordered from this diabolical company I feel I have been scammed. Looks like you’re ordering from a UK company but you’re not and your order may or may not ever arrive. AI obviously replies to complaints. Save your money.
I really fell for the ad regarding the WW2 plane advent calendars. Never have I seen such rubbish in my life. They are rubber, and strange colours and no markings on them plus they are squashed into the little boxes which are far too small so all the wings are squashed too. These are just cheap rubbish. DO NOT ORDER THESE. I’d add photos but can’t see where to do it. I’m awaiting a response regarding their return and refund
Feel like an idiot again for trusting the advertising! Ordered a cat toy (chirping bird), which in the video looks great and flies everywhere with a happy cat trying to catch it. In reality it doesn’t move at all, and arrives in a plain envelope with no details on the product at all. 13/11 - update. Since review, Allfound have promptly refunded me.
