I called your home emergency service to report a water leak at 15.19 today, 17 November, and now at 20.40, I have yet to see or hear from a plumber. Where is your promised 90 minute response time?Update - following a second call to the Allianz call centre, the 'emergency' plumber appeared at 8am the following morning. That's a response time of almost 17 hours. Allianz needs to stop describing this as an emergency service and claiming a 90 minute response time.
Amazing, I truly appreciate the fact that you recognize the validity of a named driver’s insurance history for up to two years. This is an excellent policy — well done! Other insurance companies should follow your example, as driving skills don’t simply disappear a couple of months after the previous insurance policy expires.
