Review Time
I rented a car from Allmeet Rent A Car in Antalya and the experience was beyond stressful.Before booking, the booking website which was carjet made it look like the rental location was inside Antalya Airport, but that wasn’t true. A van picked us up together with 4 other people and took us to their office near the airport. We arrived around 23:30. At the office, they asked for my credit card. After a short time they claimed my card “was not working,” even though I had used the same card successfully about 2 hours earlier at the airport. Then I was told I could only get the car if I bought their insurance for €140, otherwise I would not receive the vehicle. With my family and the late hour, I had no realistic option, so I paid. but thats not it.I also reserved a child seat. When the car was handed over, the child seat wasn’t installed or even prepared. The employee brought one out and basically tossed it to me to install myself. I tried, but it couldn’t be properly fitted to the car. When I asked for help, the employee also couldn’t install it. He initially said they would refund it, then immediately changed his story and said because I reserved it, I’m responsible for fixing it. He brought two more seats and told me to pick one and install it myself. At that time of night which was around 1:00 oclock, with other customers waiting and no proper assistance, I had to leave so I put the childseat in the truck and left.Overall this felt beyond terrible, I would not go near the place. Honestly you might find the place maybe 10% cheaper but it does not worth the headache. avoid this place at all costs.
