The easyness of the shopping’s process on your website- your interface is easy, and the quality of the equipment- the mobile’s phone sent is great, althought it’s already used. Neverless the receiving date was 24th april, however i only received my order, the mobile phone on monday’s 29th, so there was a delay on the date, first told by allo allo, this is the main reason to give 4 stars and not 5. Phone is in good condition let’s say acceptable and so price is justified. Tried to join the customer center….. They never replied so for this reason It will be the first and last time as if you have an issue your are alone!! Do keep your gift and try to be more pro with your clients.
Ordered a phone in excellent condition and paid for that at checkout, then after the fact the order was changed to good condition and they shipped me a phone with that has big a scratch marks into the metal, looks like poor condition. Totally unacceptable will not buy from this company again.
