I rated 1 because I couldn't rate 0I have the worst, like WORST experience ever, this site was recommended by lots of people, so I ordered IPHONE 12 Mini, on the 24th of May, and now they keep on saying the order is "in preparation" on their website, however they promised it would be delivered on the 29th May, now it's July, and it has not been shipped yet, I sent tons of messages to cancel the order and get a refund yet they NEVER reply, their "48hr " response time is just a bag of BS I need my money back.....
I read the negative reviews and were very scared about what to come. Nevertheless, everything went fine, I got my IPhone 12 in good shape, no scratches and nearly in due time (2 days delay). I also got feedback from the helping centre. Therefore, I can recommend this provider.
My experience with Allo Allo was terrible! I don't recommend to anyone to buy any article in Allo Allo. I made an order of an Ipad Pro and the experience was bad since the beginning. I made the order in 22/05 and until today 12/06 the Allo Allo didn't delivered the package or never gave me any relevant information regarding my order like the status of it or the tracking number, the only thing they mentioned was that the payment was done and and the object would be delivered in 10days since the day I made the order, but until today nothing arrived and no one gave me more info of it.I don't recommend Allo Allo, the customer service is a shame, terrible, a complete lie. Don't use Allo Allo it's a scam.
It took 18 days for it to arrive. Phone arrived with scratches on screen. Website is a minefield. Tried several ways to get a response and each way said to wait 48hrs for a response. When I eventually got a response they told me how returns were an automatic process, not true ! When I put there were bad scratches on the screen their automatic response was ‘used phones do have scratches’, in my book they should have done this when they changed the battery. I then went down the ‘I’ve changed my mind’ option. They website said ‘ok we’ll process your return’ to which they said we’ll be charging you €30 for their troubles. I decided I couldn’t take the hassle and kept the phone.
