Delivery took longer than a week and was not according to info on the website. The delivered iPhone has lots of scratches, throug I had specifically bought an IPhone in “excellent shape”.

Forgot to send my charger

The product I ordered came within a reasonable amount of time, 2 days later than expected. They just forgot to send me the charger for my iPhone, so I need to contact them about that. I still need to see how the phone will hold up.

Although it doesn’t arrived at the said date but arrived 5days after, You need to work on your customer service more I sent several emails but no reply, overall the phone is so clean and almost new and function perfectly. I will recommend and surely buy again. Thank you.

A pure scam

A pure scamThe iPhone I had ordered was down after 3 weeks. Very bad customer service - only email, and very difficult to have an answer. I finally managed to return the damaged phone (not an easy process) but received no reimbursement - just a voucher on their site.Then: impossible to activate the voucher. I wrote many times to the customer service: never got an answer. My voucher expired after 6 months and I wasn't able to use it. I lost money and time. This is a shame.

Condition not as described

Condition not as described. Phone was described as "very good", has significant scratches and marks. Return process cumbersome and slow. Have not received my money back. Very disappointing and not recommended.
