Its a gotcha!

Its a gotcha. They send a product and if it is not delivered due to a problem, they charge you 60 euros for not accepting it.

I was not aware that tax was not included

They never said on their site that tax was not included. I live in spain and when you purchase here the taxes are always included. I could have done much better with a european company and saved a lot of money

Scammers, from A to Z

Total scam, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. The only reason they have a reasonable rating is that they offer free Airpods for any customer that leaves them a 5star TrustPilot rating. Believe me that without this incentive, their rating would be catastrophic. I live in France and was not made aware of any additional fees, I was under the impression that the warehouse was in France. Turns out it was from Hong Kong, and I was obliged to pay nearly 80euros in additional custom fees! Again, this was not mentioned anywhere upon checkout, which is completely illegal and the fact these scammers get away with it is shocking. In the end, you're paying almost as much as a reconditioned one directly from Apple. Good luck getting them to honor the "24 month guarantee" - every time you send it back, it goes back to Hong Kong, and guess what - more custom fees to pay!! This company should be shut down and I pity the vile human beings that are profiting from honest people who've saved up for a new phone. Disgraceful.

The iphone purchased was defect

The iphone purchased was defect. The battery doesn't charge. In addition alloallo fool you to believe their items are sold locally. But in reality their Chinese items are send by FedEx and will result in a significant extra custom tax when you receive their defect products. Total scam.

The product is just as described

The product is just as described, both in terms of conditions, functionality and appearance. It works well. The only thing that’s left to see is if the phone actually will last and work normally for 24 months, but I have a feeling that everything will be fine:) The only things that I didn’t like was that the package was delivered with FedEx Norge, who make tho whole process tedious, difficult and overly complicated. Sign this, pay that and do this… too much. The delivery was delayed multiple times thanks to them. Horrible. I do not recommend cooperation with FedEx Norge at all. The customs fee was also very expensive (750 kr???), and I probably wouldn’t have bought this phone if I knew, but it does work well, and I will definitely be happy with using and keeping it now that everything is delivered anyway:)
