No way to contact support

The reveved iphone does not start up (apple logo keeps appearing and disappearing). It does not charge (empty battery logo). It tried to create a support ticket but it the site shows "La garantie sur cet article est expirée." (battery expired). No way to contact the vendor.

SCAM

Never received the phone I ordered in December then got an email that my money was gonna be refunded and I never received it. This site is a scam, do not trust. There is no customer service to talk to, always the same automated replies when you contact them. I have had to open a dispute through my card payment. Still waiting :(

My Purchase of Iphone 8, 64gb, Very good Condition

Easy to shop and pay. However the price on the product inclusive of delivery was R2480 but R2529.60 was deducted from my account. Please explain the difference and why it was not shown. I will provide a review on the product once it has arrived.

Diabolical customer service

Diabolical customer service. Ordered a phone and was not advised of any customs fees. When it arrived, I got an email from FedEx saying I had to pay over €100 in customs fees. AlloAllo do not have a phone number or email address so I was unable to contact them about it. I raised a query through their website and got an automated response saying that if I have been charged customs, I should not pay it, because they had already paid. I therefore did not pay but now FedEx have passed the debt over to a debt collection agency who are now pursuing me for the money! Tried contacting AlloAllo but they are totally uncontactable.

I expected my order to be delivered by the 10th of January 2023.Was only delivered on the 24th of January.Also the phone that I ordered was goldbut I received green .Overall very disappointed with the service.Please advise how you can compensate mefor this

I had to pay importation tax of CHF 31

I had to pay importation tax of CHF 31. This meant the deal was not as good as I could have found on other sites. I did not realise that the company was not based in Switzerland.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Purchased refurbished AirPods. Advertised as Apple product. Waited 16 days for delivery and when I received them they were in a apple case but inside was third party AirPods. Impossible to talk to someone and very difficult to get refunded.Beware !
