The commercial invoice was written in GBP instead of ZAR( South African Rands) and that has resulted in my parcel not being cleared at the customs. The GBP written on the commercial invoice is worth more than the amount that I’m supposed to import into the country as an individual.I have sent 2 e-mails and inboxed them on instagram explaining my predicament but no one is attending to my query.In the meantime my parcel is stuck at customs and will start incurring penalties soon in the warehouse. I’m really disappointed. EditAfter several back and forth communication between Android Homme and DHL everything was sorted and I finally received my order on the 11th of September. And all the appreciation goes to Timothy Lancaster for keeping on updating me and doing follow ups with DHL . Thanks a lot .
