Worst company I have ever had the misfortune off having to deal with. Unfortunately my phone provider deals with this company. I still haven't recieved my order. Day one recieved notification about estimated time, took half day off work, order attempted delivery 1hour before estimated time. Second delivery, left a note on door to go to neighbour 3metre walk, driver took photo of note and stated missed delivery. 3rd attempt I again took half day off work canceld delivery due to delay at 4.33 now considering the estimated time was 4.07 - 6.07, st 5 was sent a message that my delivery was back st depot, good news they stated, Now we have today.. Yet again they have cancelled delivery. What a joke. Dhl what a joke.worst
They delivered to number 30 (I’m at 34), without even coming to my house! This parcel had to be signed for; had they knocked for a signature my neighbour could have pointed out their error. Instead my neighbour gave the parcel to my husband when he saw him, so thanks to DHL my husband now knows which shop his Christmas present is from!!!
