Review Time
The tour was awesome! After arrival to the harbor everyone was shortly instructed about safety and plan of the day. Everyone had enough time to ask questions and change clothes as well. The trip started on time and the guide provided all the information about mangroves and wildlife possible to spot in that area. We managed to see some birds typical for that region. The crew was very helpful instructing us how to paddle safely in the forest and was staying nearby in case anyone got stuck. When we came back we had some snacks and drinks on the main boat. I would definitely recommend it.
Had an urgent delivery from Wayfair, ordered the Friday before Christmas, for delivery on the following Monday. The item arrived on time, as promised by both Wayfair and DHL. Given how poor other couriers have been of late, I was delighted that in thos instance, all companies are not equal!
This service is a total letdown. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with them, and when I finally did, the representative was rude and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting me. I tried to file a complaint about my parcel, which has been stuck since December 5th and still shows as being in France. The lack of professionalism and customer support is appalling. I am extremely frustrated.
I was so pleased to receive my parcel today, especially as it arrived two days earlier than expected. It came right within the delivery window I was given, which was a lovely surprise. I'm really happy it arrived in time for christmas, many thanks to them for such great service!
Had a terrible experience with this company back in November / December. Packages held up in Warehouse for over one week without any movement. Sent several emails without reply. I don't deal with any company using the services of GLS anymore
If i could give zero stars i would.. absolute shambles of a company. My parcel arrived with gls 9/12/25 ive since rang numerous of times an hour wait each time also emailed with no reply an even queued for hours on xmas eve an the day before xmas eve. To get nowhere. I contacted them by phone again on 30th of December to be told my parcel is lost my son went without his xmas present. A search case has been supposedly opened now to find it but still no update.
