Review Time
I am beyond disappointed with DHL’s service. I ordered an item specifically for Christmas, and despite the retailer dispatching it on time, DHL has completely failed to deliver.It has been sitting with the courier past the promised delivery date with no proactive updates or explanations. The lack of communication during such a critical time is unacceptable. A courier’s primary job is to manage holiday volume and deliver on their timelines, and DHL failed on both counts.This delay has caused unnecessary stress and ruined a holiday gift. I would not recommend using DHL if you actually need your items to arrive on a specific schedule. Unreliable and frustrating.
Ordered a book from Amazon USA on Monday, dispatched on Tuesday. Several emails from DHL saying my delivery would be today. I was expecting it next week, although thought that was unlikely. Initially it said today, sometime before the end of the day and then, this morning, a time slot, then another saying it was just four deliveries away. It arrived, my book! Only three days, right on time, in a rural area where I am well used to deliveries not happening. My address can be difficult to find. Well impressed with the service and the driver was friendly and polite.
I’m have a weatherproof delivery box in my back garden. The driver inserted the parcelIn an upright position, took a photo, and then left the lid up! I’m away for the next week so this parcel is going to get rained on and ruined because your driver was careless and didn’t bother to lie the parcel down and close the lid. The parcel contains computer equipment inside it that’s going to get wet and ruined because of your negligence. Seriously unimpressed.
Blatant lies told by delivery drivers. "attempted delivery but no one was home" while myself and my partner were home all day, no knocks, no note and no sign of a delivery vehicle. The lies and the lack of help or even the existence of a customer service team is disgusting.My thoughts are the drivers are lazy as I cannot fathom why after many weeks a single bag of cat litter is too difficult to deliver
The parcel has not been delivered. I have been waiting all day for it. No one rang the bell, or used the knocker. Please can you ask the driver if he left it No 7 Castle Street. The photo showing the box is clearly not being left at No 9.
