Review Time
I had 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered on one occasion even though I had waited in all day the link suddenly told me delivery was attempted which was not true I then scheduled a redelivery day for Monday which was accepted by them to reattempt the delivery. yesterday I received 1 out of the 2 packages both from different sender's so 2 separate shipping numbers and would need 2 signatures but somehow both have been signed for by me using my last name when it was my partner at home (who has a different surname to mine) and both packages have been marked as delivered at the same time on the 2 separate shipments with only 1 package actually received.I spent over 30 mins on hold to not get through to anyone on the number provided on the website I've sent numerous messages to not a single response as to what has happened and why my package is marked as delivered when it has not.Absolute Joke of a service.
I had a delivery yesterday as I opened the front door. The delivery driver smiled at me, also there was somebody walking up the bottom of my driveway who must have said something to the delivery driver who then turned and said oh unless you want and turn and looked at the parcel label and in small print read out what it was in the parcel and then laughed and then turned and went to hand it to me and I said thanks for that mate the person whose Christmas present that’s for is standing right behind me I found it very unprofessional that a delivery driver would turn and tell a random person that’s walking up the bottom of my drive what was actually in that parcel anyway and now the person who it’s for knows what their Christmas present is and it’s quite an expensive gift and now I feel like I haven’t got them anything as they know what it is and I feel absolutely horrendous about it as it’s a youngster and I cannot afford to buy another present. And I just find it very unprofessional that you would tell a random person that’s walking up the driveway of an address your delivering it too what is in the parcel? So as the person got to my front door I said to them what did you say to him and they said oh I said oh here I’ll take that if it’s anything good there.
They just didn’t bother to collect my package and the update says ‘ not ready’ which means they ran out of time, no indication of whether they try again, cannot speak to them as only the option to use key pad for number and it’s on my phone so I can’t remember the long number! Chat is a joke, just gives you a menu taking you to go to the home page. NEVER AGAIN!
