My parcel was with them since 1st of December and today is 5th of and still not here..bad updates on website ..no communication no answer on email or phone or live chat..worst delivery ever have..Even from china come more faster then them.. doesn't deserve one star
Update:In response to the company’s reply — I will absolutely not post my customer reference number publicly. No legitimate company should expect customers to share private details on an open forum.My order finally arrived today (Saturday), two days late, and the food was spoiled. It was delivered by a man in an unmarked white van, not a refrigerated vehicle. Completely unacceptable for perishable goods.What’s worse is the tracking history has changed since I first viewed it. The original tracking clearly showed my parcel stuck in the Runcorn depot on the 4th. That timestamp has now disappeared, and it suddenly looks like the parcel was only collected on the 3rd and “in transit” since then.Luckily for DHL, I took screenshots of the original tracking while dealing with the food company — so I have proof.Perhaps instead of asking customers to post private information online, you should investigate why DHL’s tracking data appears to have been digitally altered.Don't use this service My order—containing frozen ready meals—was scheduled for delivery on the 4/12/25. According to there own tracking system, the parcel has been sitting in the Runcorn depot since 05:59 yesterday morning, a location less than thirty minutes from my address. Despite this, no delivery was attempted, no update was provided, and no explanation has been offered.This is not merely inconvenient; it is negligent. They have allowed temperature-sensitive goods to remain in transit far beyond any reasonable timeframe, potentially compromising food safety and rendering the items unusable. There handling of this matter falls well below any acceptable standard of service and raises serious concerns regarding there compliance with consumer protection obligations.Phone number does not get you to a representative and when you try any type of digital correspondence they merely send you the link to the tracking page. Very poor service indeed
