I ordered something to be delivered to my home, but I kept getting messages that I needed to pick it up from a shop. This is difficult for me, as I have a disability, so I contacted DHL online (through chat) and asked if they could change it so it would be delivered to me. They asked me which day and I said Friday. But all week I still kept getting messages that I needed to collect my parcel. They did not deliver on friday as requested, so I had to go to the shop.
I would give it 0 stars if possible. I waited over 10 days for a parcel, and when I finally received an update stating it was out for delivery, I was then informed that it couldn't be delivered after all. I advise against ordering from any service that relies on this courier, as you likely won't receive your parcel.

The delivery driver was supposed to obtain a signature upon delivery, but he failed to do so. To make matters worse, there is a parcel box that he did not use. He also didn't ring the doorbell. I was home waiting for the delivery, and I only discovered the issue when I received a notification that the parcel had been delivered. When I came downstairs, I found the package carelessly shoved into a corner next to the parcel box, which clearly states 'LEAVE PARCELS INSIDE.'
