I would avoid this company like the plague they have had my parcel two bags of expensive dog food since the third of December it’s now the ninth twice it’s been out for delivery and on the first occasion was within four stops of my house before it was returned to the depot at around 5pm the second time tracker stopped at 36 stops from my house before again being returned to the depot

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Wayfair are using GLS for some of their furniture deliveries. For one of them they apparently tried to deliver twice with no prior notification or missed call on those days. I work full time but only 5 min from home so I am managing with other companies to be home when needed. After these failed attempts, they never contacted me at all, stored the parcels for over a week and then shipped them back to wayfair. I only discovered this while checking the very many deliveries I have on the go.They now have another delivery for me and they emailed on 01/12 yo say they tried delivery on the 28/11 (I was home all day) but they had an issue with the address. Again no phone call from the delivery person to ask me about the location. It's a brand new estate that does not show on Google maps yet so other companies had to ring me to get to it. But GLS never calls, they just don't deliver and send it back to their holding center. I then got an email on the 02/12 advising of the issue with the address, I replied straight away with the full address again and my phone number and asked for the delivery to be made ASAP. I checked the tracker and it's still being stored and my email is still unansweredThis is absolutely appalling service from them
Hi,I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Bolt platform. More times than not, the system is extremely slow and even the simplest changes to a quote can take a long time to process. In many cases, I request a quote and it takes hours to receive an update.However, I want to highlight that Monique was fast, efficient, and very helpful in assisting me with getting a customer’s commercial auto quote completed. Hello, you have had my Smyths order since 01/12, it was supposed to be delivered express delivery however your delivery drivers have failed to deliver this parcel to me. I have e waited in as the item needs to be signed for but the parcel has never arrived! I have tracked it each day it was supposed to be delivered but it gets to about 7.30 pm and the the tracking g updates to it cannot be delivered today! For instance, yesterday Friday I tracked it all day and it got to call 66 and then the tracking stopped, we were call 67! This was about 7.20pm. I was supposed to go out to my Xmas party last night and I missed it as I was waiting in for this parcel to be delivered and then they turnaround and did not deliver, I would like my parcel delivered and the driver er can leave it at my address as I am not wasting anymore time waiting for it to be delivered! Failing that you can return it to the company as your delivery service is totally incompetent!
