Absolutely horrid courier service.Parcels get lost,Tracking almost never works,When tracking does work it’s almost never correct,Couriers will say you weren’t home when you were, just to not have to deliver that day.Incorrect or missing information from dockets.I only used GLS when retailers had no other shipping options. From now on I will simply refuse to shop with retailers that only offer GLS for shipping.Any shop that deals with GLS is not worth my money.
Expecting a delivery on 01/Oct. was notified that it will be delivered during the day until 6.30pm. Never came. Same for the next 3 days!Unbelievable! Unprofessional!Customer service support has advised me they have already messaged driver to deliver and notify me. Nothing!
I feel like I am still feeling my way around the Bolt dashboard, even after over a year of using it! But I really appreciate being able to call in and talk to a rep like Summer, who is so knowledgeable and patient, and can direct me to my next steps or help me complete my objective over the phone with me. She taught me something new today about the the "Filter" on the Communications section that will help me so much in the future!
Ich weiß nicht, wie lange ich bereits versucht habe, mein Wunschgewicht wieder zu erreichen - es sind Jahre vergangen... was ich nicht alles versucht habe und nebenbei hab ich mir meinen Stoffwechsel komplett ruiniert. Seit Mitte Juni diesen Jahres bin ich jetzt im Coaching bei Dennis und was soll ich sagen - ich fühl mich wohl, bin glücklich und wenn es so weitergeht, dann mach ich mir zu Weihnachten mein eigenes und größtes Geschenk :-)Ich kann Dennis nur empfehlen. Er ist super sympathisch, bei Fragen wirklich kurzfristig erreichbar, rückt auch mal den Kopf wieder gerade (aber auf verständnisvolle Art). Es war die beste Entscheidung und ich hab keinen einzigen Tag bereut! Danke Dennis!
