Seller and customer both in same county! GLS picked up the small parcel 5 days ago. Email & phone call to GLS to stress DO NOT leave parcel with neighbor. I took the day off work, waited in the entire day. No delivery. Rang customer service to be told parcel with the neighbor downstairs (who had it sold within an hour). Driver never even came to my door, text or phone call. Ring camera to prove it. Do not buy from sellers who use this company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Worst courier service in Ireland, and the competition is high. Waiting 3 days for a parcel to be picked up. Customer Services confirms each of the 3 days that it will be collected. Even reassuring that the manager has been informed. Do not use this company under any circumstances, it is just a joke
Paid for most expensive Courier. Spain to Ireland Door to Door - 7 days.Spent 4 days going from Spain to Germany where it sat for a few days. Went to Ireland and sat in two or three parcel centres.No idea when it will be delivered maybe after 10 or 11 days at best? NO response to "contact us" email.Second time GLS has let me down 100% fail record. Avoid at all costs. Use an An Post affiliated courier. Great service.Update. I’ve located the parcel and GLS tell no idea when this “priority” parcel will be delivered. So I will drive 100’s kms to pick it up from a depot where It’s been for two days and will be another three or four priority days. Total incompetence. Joke of a courier. Only use if mentally incapacitated and don’t really want the parcel anyway 😡

My parcel was dispatched to GLS on 7th December, with 3/5 day delivery and I did not receive it for Christmas, why do DIRBIT use this courier company, I have spent last 2 weeks, emailing and phone and trying contact fitbit and GLS and none of them can still tell me where my parcel is, absolutely disgraceful treatment
