I am so disappointed, since December 2023 my packaging has been lost. There is no evidence or proof that my package left GLS depo.There is also no money back because they can't make agreement to Eurosender. Drivers are so rude and unprofessional, to be honest rudeness exceeds all limits of rudeness. GLS turn off phone contact, so, you can't contact anyone. If you can avoid GLS please do that.

GLS is the worst shipping provider.I selected GLS for shipping because it showed that the delivery would take 4 days whereas other companies showed 5 days. GLS was also 1.8X expensive.The package came damaged after 10 days. The seller agreed to give a replacement. The seller recalled the package through GLS again and now they are not picking it up in 7 days. Worst shipping company, and I would not recommend it.EDIT:They finally picked up the package on the 8th day. I hope the delay is just for the Christmas period and not a regular event. I will change my rating if they deliver the package in time.
I wanted to thank the delivery driver who dropped off a package yesterday. My friends and I are all agreed that we’ve got so used to parcels just being dumped, the driver yesterday really stood out. He rang while I was in the doctors so I couldn’t answer, he then sent a text to say he’d left it in the porch. All normal so far but when I got home he’d gone to the trouble of hiding the box under my partners work boots and THEN sent a text at about 6pm asking if I’d got the parcel - WOW! Don’t let him go!!
