My parcel was dispatched to GLS on 7th December, with 3/5 day delivery and I did not receive it for Christmas, why do DIRBIT use this courier company, I have spent last 2 weeks, emailing and phone and trying contact fitbit and GLS and none of them can still tell me where my parcel is, absolutely disgraceful treatment

I am so disappointed, since December 2023 my packaging has been lost. There is no evidence or proof that my package left GLS depo.There is also no money back because they can't make agreement to Eurosender. Drivers are so rude and unprofessional, to be honest rudeness exceeds all limits of rudeness. GLS turn off phone contact, so, you can't contact anyone. If you can avoid GLS please do that.
