Recently bought a fairly expensive product from a company who used GLS to deliver it.The package was delivered earlier today. Except no care was taken in how it was delivered. My front porch was unlocked, and I was in my residence all day. The courier driver never knocked once. They simply walked right up and planted the parcel onto my bin. And left. They didn't even discreetly put it behind the bins.Absolutely nuts for a driver to do that. I'll be contacting the company as well to let them know.
