After purchasing my tickets with "Roxanne", I could not get her for Customer Service as she claimed she did not get the credit for my booking. Then, after buying their "Flex Tickets" (having clearly explained I did not have an exact return date and being told this extra charge would cover that) I was charged an ADDITIONAL $1990 when I changed the date (within the time frame allowed at that) and I was told the Flex ticket only covers their fees! I kept getting bounced around and am out almost $3000 between the Flex Ticket cost and using it (in addition to the cost of the tickets!). NEVER AGAIN will I use these people! And I found later that could have purchased directly from the airline for what I ended up paying. Lastly, the "business class" flights were on old Lufthansa planes with poor service and no privacy (I would never have booked on one of those)
Aran Grant botched a multi-city booking (4 LA→Punta Arenas, 3 Peru→Punta Arenas, 1 LA→Peru) despite one clear requirement: everyone must arrive in Punta Arenas the same day. They still booked part of our LA group for the next day, which blew up tours and reservations.
This wasn’t an isolated mistake—I caught 6–7 errors along the way (wrong traveler count, wrong times, wrong dates, wrong locations). When I missed catching one before payment, I got stuck paying $1,700 in change fees to fix their mistake because our hotels were already booked.
Afterward, Clive “investigated” and did nothing. Arden S was pushy with “urgent” sales emails and repeatedly didn’t understand straightforward English instructions.
Avoid if you want accuracy, professionalism, or accountability.
I purchased round trip business class air through Aran Grant to South Africa. After a few months, I noticed the return airport was different than the one I booked. I contacted Aran Grant and they provided an updated itinerary. There was an additional cost but the itinerary was perfect. I would buy air from Aran Grant again.
We finished our multicity reservation, okay got a little bit cheaper instead of ordering first and business class directly from the airline.
Meanwhile even before we received the flight confirmation emails we received emails with vouchers for upcoming hotel reservations.
This alone is a Ponzi scheme because you can't even enter a Voucher ID at AranGrant Hotels reservations website.
Meanwhile we have our fingers crossed that the flight reservation should be unique and should work out very well if not all my employees will leave a one star review right here with a blast you guys have never seen before
Caution - a small savings may lead to bigger issues. I chose this option from a search engine because their price was slightly lower than booking directly with the airline. I spent a significant amount on a first-class ticket during a peak holiday period, only to find that I lacked the basic fare benefits typically included with this level of service. If I wanted a seat assigned, it would cost over $300 per ticket, and if I needed to make changes (even six months ahead), there was a fee of $350 per ticket, plus any fare difference.

They ensure you are informed of any limitations or potential challenges and how to navigate them. Their support for the journey is invaluable. I highly recommend their service.
