Over Arcavind:It is not good Company.My name is Helcir Melo.I sent a lot of equipment, like a camera, over a month ago. To this day, April 14th (I sent it in February) and still haven't received a response, I've called several Arcavind numbers and answered by a robot. The website doesn't provide any information. Trustpilot needs to review its information. I have called to : 0800 246111108085013755 , +318000200076. All they say don´t exist number.

My pack number was 494574043375. It included valuable vintage film cameras, lenses, coins and jewels, some of silver, and a large lot of vintage tin pots. The outrageous offer of 34 Euro is hardly worth the packaging material. I suggest that these people will make a large profit from my items.I accepted only because all reviews of people who refused are adamant that you never get you things back, or if they come they are packed randomly and damaged, with missing items,and months later. Luckily none of the objects I sent had any sentimental value to me. I had a second box ready, but I prefer to send eveything to a charity organisation rather than go again through this shameful experience. Take my advice, stay away and make better use of your valuable time!
They offered 24 euros for my package of 2 old smartphones a raymond weil watch and a 10k gold broken necklace. Ofcourse I refused and I did receive my package back BUT my 10k gold necklace is missing. I emailed them but no response. They stole my necklace just like that.
