Ordered a blender yesterday

Ordered a blender yesterday, for next day delivery. Waited in all day for parcel for it not to arrive, contacted argos and they say the order was cancelled. Not by me I said, but their customer advisor had the gaul to say it wasn't their fault. Who's fault is it then, I personally won't be buying anything from argos as they are just liars.

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. Ordering from the Republic of Ireland for delivery to family in the UK. The website wouldn't accept any of my 3 bank cards even though there were funds in all of them. Couldn't get to speak to anyone to try and resolve the issue. Tried phoning the store that I was trying to arrange the purchase and delivery from but no one answered. Finally managed to pay for my purchase through Paypal (using one of the bank cards that was previously rejected. Absolute nightmare. Wouldn't want to go through that experience again. The delivery was supposed to be for the following day in the afternoon but it turned up 2 days later at 9om. Who delivers at 9pm? Won't be ordering from.Argos again.

Go to Currys or get it wrong

bought 11 inch tablet home delivery through letterbox a present. All good so far. Seemed ok but better check contents incase of damage crack for instance. unknown to me another family member bought the same present. But I could not take it back because I had opened it. Should have gone to currys. If you buy from a screen be careful. Currys next time you can see what you are buying.

Disappointed Customers
No replacement for Item broken in less than 6 months

A shower hose bought in June is broken in less than 6 months. Went to Camden store, being told no replacement. Had to buy a new one. Is it a correct procedure?How would we have the confidence to buy another one?
