The worst company ever, no more orders from Argos forever. I have ordered VR for my sons birthday and they sent a text message saying it will be ready 5th November after that showing 31 November and they sent an email later on saying different think my son was so upset and ruined his birthday. Argos is just a bad company and they don’t care about customers 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Also when I ordered the VR the website take to the scammers company and they withdrew money from my account.
The laptop I bought was not my specifications and I returned the next day, they treated me as a nobody and rejected the laptop from me. It took me 6 hours to plead before one of the staff eventually took the laptop from me and a refund was made the trauma. I eventually got another laptop from them. It was a bad experience to me as a student. I could not do anything that day. It was traumatic for me.
They delivered a nrw dishwasher, installed it and removed the old one.All for separate fees...As they installed it they managed to damage one of the pipes that lead to the pressure joint according to my plumber i had to call to fix the big leak these guys from Argos left behind!The leak managed to ruin my wooden floor slabs round and in front of the dishwasher and are all bubbling up and warped!As of the dishwasher, it is not a great model from bush as it isn't very efficient in washing and can't accommodate a great amount of dirty dishes.I contacted Argos about returning the item and opened a claim for damages but I now have to wait 3 weeks for Argos to collect the item and get my refund!As it is, I already had to wait 3 weeks just to get it delivered in the first place!The bigger problem now is that i am now left with a different fight, the floor is going to cost me £1,500 to replace not to mention the £150 i already had to pay the plumber to stop the leaking pipe."My floor still remains bubbling as days are going by because I can't afford to fix it before Argos decides to sort it out...Order N° 250099062ENQ- 222511-33266
Ordered a sofabed on 27.10. Delivery booked for 4.11. Didn't arrive. Rebooked a 2nd and 3rd time. Both didn't arrive, no notice given. 2nd time: no reason given, 3rd time 'problem with the van.' 4th booked today: just checked online. Cancelled. No email or call to let me know. Customer service said driver had 'serious health emergency.' Now on webchat waiting to book my 5th delivery.I have now taken 4 days off work to wait in all day for the sofa and not once been given a 2 hour slot the day before. Now offering 3rd December for 5th attempt.Absolutely disgraceful.My reply to Argos response: Yes I am aware and have been told a smaller van has been booked the last 3 times so that's no excuse really. If it was, surely Argos would have just cancelled the order? Not satisfied with your reply and I don't use social media so that's not very helpful at all.
