Made online purchase,no interest if…

Made online purchase,no interest if paid off within six months.Had my first statement with a charge of sixteen pounds interest.Contacted customer service one hour of my time.Apparently I did not tick the right box,Be careful on this promotion seems a con and not straight forward.I will be returning my purchase and demanding a full refund.A very substandard service bordering on fraud .

I been shopping at argos for some years…

I been shopping at argos for some years now I have little faults and I hope inprovents will come... Items I brought are always great and perfect and new too only issues I had in the past is my washing machine had a small dent my wooden furniture wouldn't fit together properly when I was putting together and I had an issue with my new TV in the past where the screen was coming away from the frame... But that was rectified with support from the customer service team at argos that helped me... But other then that from the past since then no faults at all and I'm a very happy customer now... I brought two 4k tvs from argos from Crystal peaks store in person one 50 bush TV one 43inch 4k hisense TV for my bedroom.. Totally happy with them both

I purchased my samsung phone from argos…

I purchased my samsung phone from argos because it had £100 cashback. You claim this from samsung. I went through the long process of claiming the cashback and was sent a virtual credit card from Samsung. I've tried to purchase items with said card but it doesn't work. I've contacted samsung on several occasions but they just say they'll get back to me but don't. I feel mislead by Argos. I purchased my phone because of this offer and it's not being delivered. Argos should not collaborate with samsung if samsung aren't going to honour the deal.I've just had a reply from argos to send this review to them on Facebook but this is impossible to do as theirchatbot doesn'tseem to understand. Argos please tell me how to do this. So frustrating

I wrote to Argos via their chat email…

I wrote to Argos via their chat email raising a complaint in August. I received the bog standard we will look into your complaint. Since then NOTHING. I have tried asking for an update on my complaint twice again via their email chat and have not even had the decency of a reply. If this is how Argos treat their customers it's no wonder their " managers" think they can say what they like and treat customers with such an aggressive attitude.Won't use this company again!!

I went to your Bearwood branch and bought the model up from the g32 model.This version is so much better.The video quality of the phone is brilliant which I use for my YouTube channel.

Argos ordering online

ordering was easy, my order was delivered on time.packaging was good, no damage to parcel or the goods inside, so i was well pleased. The product was just as the supplier described it, and it has proved to be a very handy piece of equipment. 10/10.
