Extremely misleading and unprofessional !I bought a cooker from Argos and I am absolutely disappointed. The store claims the appliance comes with a 3-year warranty, but after registering it turns out you actually get only 1 year, and the remaining two years you have to pay for yourself. This is misleading.On top of that, I need an invoice to apply for the £100 cashback — and I can’t get it anywhere. It’s not in my Order History, I didn’t receive it by email, and I can’t get in touch with anyone because contacting customer service is extremely difficult. You can only talk to a ChatBot, not a real person.To make matters worse, no one contacted me about the delivery date. No phone call, no confirmation. The driver just showed up, knocked, and left the cooker at my door. In the system, the order is still marked as in progress, even though it has already been delivered.Think twice — actually, think ten times — before buying anything from Argos. I definitely wouldn’t do it again.
Excellent service ordered and delivered with in days cheap delivery option as well plus the delivery men helped to get it down to the garden shed where it needed to go so going that little bit extra really help me and my wife out loads so thank you Argos excellent customer service.
Management team at Kirkcaldy store are very unprofessional people. They’ve mistakenly sold and changed me for an item that I didn’t ask for and when I tried to return it they weren’t taking it back and they couldn’t handle the situation in a professional manner. I asked to speak to a manager and she was a disrespectful towards me she acted like she was dealing with someone in the street very rude and poor towards customers then another three ‘managers’ got involved in which a was expecting a better result but they were as bad as the other manager!. I’ve got in touch with Argos customer support through FB messenger and the personal was very polite but he didn’t seem interested so I decided to write this review so other customers don’t get caught up in this kind of situation.
