Absolutlely worst customer service at the store in mansfield , they definately need a test shopper to see how there manager and staff behave. Thw show no interest for Argos the brand , gaslight and rage bait you to get a reaction , unfortunatley for the staff concerned i dod not give thwm the opportunity. If cistomer service like this continues it will end up in administration like woolworth .
Price match review and from a last minute cancellation, not been a good experience. They don't ask where funds should go, just do something their end. If you pay with gift cards and don't retain them all for possible refunds, the price match is worthless.Unlike Currys who communicate properly with customers over this.
Fully charged for my order but nothing was delivered. Found out weeks later that Argos decided to not send out, as one of the ordered items were out of stock. Yet they still fully charged me. Been waiting for over a month for £15 compensation- which they keep saying they’ve emailed me but nothing received despite chafing several times
Booked delivery with installation and removal of my existing cooker. The new one turned out to be faulty so they took it back. They also left with my own cooker - which I was told they couldn’t refit as it wasn’t part of the job I’ve booked. Left me with no cooking facilities for 6 days during school holidays. Absolutely shocking service. After 5 days of calls and emails, Argos sent a voucher to use to buy a small electric oven/hob which took ages to heat up. After they cancelled my order and refunded me I had to rebook and this time it worked fine. However the engineers fitted it leaving a big gap at the back, which makes the cooker stick out.
