One of the worst boilers I have had the misfortune of having installed, only five years old, and has numerous repairs and just this year I had to pay for 3 repairs.The 8-year warranty is useless, complained on many occasions to Ariston they are based in Italy and could not careless. Just endless emails that make no difference. Will rip out this crap boiler and take Ariston to small claims court, this boiler is not fit for the purpose. Please do not buy Ariston boilers.

We contacted you regarding a suspected warranty claim on behalf of a school, which had no heating. There was no urgency to resolve the issue just send out emails. Finally sent an engineer that couldn't identify the problem and ordered parts which we are still waiting on. No date for when parts will be available, when the engineer will attend, let alone a fix!
